breastfeeding while ttc problems

hi all im breastfeeding my son and ttc he is 1 on november 4th still feeds alot and night feeds and im struggling to get pregnant again well it feels that way dont help that my periods only returned in august and their very un regular my last one recently ment it was 39/40 days since the first anyone else struggling while breastfeeding ?

also i am planning on stopping breastfeeding when he is one
