Problems conceiving with Hashimotos?

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis in early pregnancy with DS3. I had a perfect pregnancy with DS1, but lost DS2 (probably due to undiagnosed Hashimoto's) when I was 36 weeks pregnant. We are now ttc again (DS3 is 18 months).

So I stopped the pill in June. First period was after 28 days, 2nd 27 days, 3rd 26 days and now I just got a period after 21 days! Whenever I've come off the pill before I've gone straight onto a 28 day cycle and been pregnant within 3 months. My thyroid tests are normal (saw endocrinologist last week) so I've no idea what's going on.

Is there anyone here with experience of hashimotos who's had a similar experience? I'm seeing my gynaecologist next week, but am just starting to worry that I won't be able to get pregnant again now I have hashimotos :-(
