newbie with a question about depo/pill

Hi everyone.... I'm new to all this and have a question that I cannot find the answer to. I was on the depo for about 6 years then swapped to cerazette pill about 2 years ago without any breaks in between the switch. I know everyone is different but would being on the injection before the pill mean that it will take longer to get a normal cycle back than if I was just on the pill? It's been over a month since I stopped taking the pill and no af just some brown yuck.

Thanks for read x

Hi Stars

After I came off the depo it took about 9 months to get a period and even then they werent regular until recently.

I would think having the pill as well would make your cycles take a while.

Some people take a long long time to get back to normal after depo ive been ttc for 14 months now plus the 9 months waiting to get a period.

Hope that helps a bit.

I would have thought the depo would be out of your system by now. Not sure how long it will take after stopping the cerazette though but brown discharge sounds like your body is starting to sort itself out. Good luck!

Still playing the waiting game! I'm impatient at the best of times! Have had a headache for about a week and a half and have been feeling sick most days. But still nothing poas but it was a BFN.. Think I would actually pleased to see Af just so I know I'm getting back to some kind of normality.
