I'm on the mini pill but missed 2 could I be pregnant

I'm on the mini pill and am usually really good taking them. I missed mon, tues and didn't remember until later on the weds. I had unprotected sex on the Saturday before the missed pills. I know sperm can live up to 5 days and I could of possibly released an egg when I forgot the pills. I've been having a lover back pain and a sort of period pain ache since weds... Could I be pregnant or is it just my body reacting to the missed pills!? I'm so confused and don't know whether it's all in my head now! Please help

I think that it would be very unlikely but totally possible. My guess is you're overthinking it and it will be fine but I'd take a test in a couple of weeks to be sure :)

It could be ovulation pains or period pain ache from the missed pill... anything is possible.

Only way to know for sure is to test. I also suggest waiting a couple of weeks and testing then. Even if you start your period, or think you have, do a test to be sure (some women continue to have a small amount of bleeding during pregnancy and confuse it with a period).

I would say it is highly unlikely....and is more likely to be cramps due to missing a couple of pills. I used to be on mini pill (cerazette) and was always missing at least 4 in a month and never fell pregnant. If I missed two or more I would always get a bit crampy and sometimes spotting as well. Like the others say though it is probably best to do a test in a couple of weeks to check.
