Hello all. So I've been looking at alot of threads and symptom spotters and almost everyone had said the dead giveaway to knowing they were pregnant before taking the test was sore boobs.
Is this true? Has there been anyone who has been pregnant but didn't have sore boobs as a symptom in their first few weeks of pregnancy?
Im 2 days late for AF, I haven't took a test yet as a) its too early to tell if irs just my body getting used to cycle and b) because I don't have sore boobs!

I didn't have sore boobs with any of my three. The only reason I took a test each time was because I normally have really regular cycles and was at least a week late!

I had an idea I was pregnant this time as my boobs were not sore like they usually get before my period is due.

Ok so it really literally is different for every person then. Today im 3 days late...thought jumping around at the gym last night would encourage its appearance... Will poas Saturday if still no sign.... Holy crap what if its a bfp?? (ttc #1)

Different for each of my pregnancies, very sore the first time and not at all the second. Good luck!

Thanks for your replies. in my head I think its logical that its too early to happen as only been ttc since august but obviously you get yourself thinking what if and get a little excited at the thought that it could be it this month? Ahhh well, we'll see what happens and in the mean time I'll try not to get too carried away.....

Very sore with my 1st pg (mmc), not at all with my second. Interestingly, though I poas at the same time in both pgs, and the second one only gave a very very light line. Always wonder wjether I somehow had less hormones 2nd time around. Successful pg, though...

My boobs always get sore between ovulation and my period. That's pretty normal. When I was pregnant (mc) they were sort of tingly and sore in a different way, but that didn't start until after my period was due.

Op if you are three days late why are you waiting do long to test?

The only time I get sore boobs is if I chest press too much weight at the gym! Never have sore boobs as an AF symptom so was wondering if I should be looking out for this as a tell tale sign. I randomly cried last night talking about a programme I watched last week (the pet rescuers - it was v.sad but not tear worthy over a week later) and been having milky white cm these past couple of days (tmi) but both could be signs of AF also.... Jeeze why do the symptoms have to be so similar??

Soontobesix - because I only came off the pill in July im telling myself that it may be a couple of days late as my body could be adjusting to coming off the pill. So im trying to hold off until at least Saturday to test. Im trying to show a little restraint and not raise my hopes up, also if it comes back as a bfn and still no AF shows could i have tested too early? I dunno. Just would rather AF arrive than seeing a bfn. Does that make sense?

It's definitely not too early if you've been TTC since Aug! Took me about 2 weeks of TTC I think.

Sorry! Smile. I don't want to raise false hopes, because I know it can take a while, but it can also happen really quickly. You have excellent self control!

Don't! Ive just remembered I have a test left in the bathroom drawer (went docs as blood in wee 6-7 weeks ago but did a test before I went docs as they always ask "could you be pregnant") going to be difficult holding out til Saturday!
