We've been TTC 12 months, did an OPK just now as have had some pains thought felt like ovulation but can't be sure. Not done one before. Got an error symbol flashing, so took stick out of tester. It has two blue lines on, does anybody know what this means result-wise? It's a clearblue digital ovulation test. I can't wait 4 hours to do another one! Suspense too great. Thanks in advance

I've used the digi ones before and when I got the smiley face, I remember looking at the lines and seeing two there. I think they'd have to be the same colour/darkness for it to be positive though. What a pain in the arse getting the error message

As far as I understand on the digital CBFM's you can't read the lines, only the digital output. (Ie lines don't tell you anything). Can you use another stick?

Thanks for your replies, I did another the next morning and no smiley Sad the two blue lines were there again, although the first one was much fainter than it was on the previous test. I was so sure I'd ov'd. It's quite an addictive thing isn't it! I'll have no money left in the baby fund at this rate...thanks again
