Just off the pill, is it possible?

Hiya, sorry for a bit of a me me me post but I'm driving myself a bit crazy!
I have 2 DC already, came off the pill in January and had usual bleed. Plan is to hopefully TTC #3 from April. This month however, we DTD bareback on the day after ovulation according to the iPhone app I have. I've done no other tracking. AF would be due 1st march so less than 1 week away. I've had all the pregnancy symptoms under the sun but these could also be put down to just coming off the pill (microgynon).
This morning there was a little bit of blood kind of mixed in with CM..sorry for TMI. I'm knicker watching like mad incase it's AF coming early but so far it's just been that little bit. Im hoping and praying for a BFP but am I just being silly? I'm already taking folio acid, drinking min alcohol and little caffeine. My boobs have been so sore but they were sore before we DTD.
Going to a christening today and its gonna be hard to knicker watch, especially is church lol!
Also, sorry for errors, I'm actually on treadmill as I write

Definately possible. I conceived within 2 weeks of coming off the pill (having been on it for over 10 years constantly!) never had a proper period, just my withdrawal bleed.

Course it's possible. I'm same as Nogood... Conceived both times within 2 wks of coming off the pill. You get a fertility surge immediately after coming off the pill.

Definitely possible, DH didn't believe I'd conceived after just one AF after coming off the pill! Was a bit of a shock I can tell you! Good luck, let us know the outcome when you POAS!

Ooo ladies, you have got me excited. I haven't mentioned anything to my DH as I don't want to speak to soon. Wish I could POAS now and it would magically say either 'pregnant' or 'your AF will be on its way' . I haven't actually got any pregnancy tests in at all but will get some if AF doesn't show by Friday.

Thanks everyone for the positive comments.

It looks like AF is on its way, I'm gutted. It's really light but couldn't just be implantation spotting. Looks like it wasn't meant to be. Got to keep positive though, hoping DH agrees to TTC properly from April. Might have a drink or 2 at the weekend xx
