Put on your vest/shades and grab your weapons, it's Action Hero Time.
The BESH are experts in all matters action, but specialise in taking out the local droids and sometimes Druids

Cover me, I'm going in!
<leaps through door action hero-stylee>
<lands in a heap>
Oh actually - early days = 3am wakings for Weetabix - was sooo hungry.
Thanks Hags. Just reading this has made me feel better. I am planning to POAS when I get home - just to reassure me. That and eating. Becuase Eating Is Good.
<leaps off side of building attached only to a tampon string>
Eating is vairy important. I got dizzy when I went too long between meals and drinks.
Wish me luck. I'm about to sit through 2 hours training just so I can make my patients a cuppa and a piece of toast of they want one
Oh and I POAS and 15 times. Just to make sure I was still diffed!
<take that motherfucker>
Sorry, got a bit carried away then!
Had a SHIT day. The journey was a bloody nightmare then I had a meeting with a fucktard who normally talks great sense. Well, not today.
Droid is due this weekend. Having womble cramps and can't remember if this is normal. I really wish I'd started a cycle diary when we first began TTC!! Bit late now 2 yrs later.
It is a bit depressing actually, to look back through my cycle diary, bugs. I almost wish I didn't have it.
<straddles hot man on motorbike, firing through his arms with a gun in each hand>
Me too, Norf <glum> My futility friend shows I am currently on cycle 30, but I only started charting in Sept 2010, having been TTC since the January. It's really depressing.

On the plus side, I am taking the car in for a service tomorrow, and while I'm in town I shall be getting my hair cut.
I love having other people wash and dry my hair, it's the most luxurious thing.
I love it too, draf. In fact I find it very sensual.
My hairdresser is a bit efficient at drying my hair, it's the only thing about the place I'm not fond of

I need a haircut. Though I could just wear this bandana headband thing, as befits a topp action hero.
I want to dye my hair darker. Any suggestions on Good Dye? Maybe I shouldn't go permanent yet.
I don't know. With dark hair, nothing of the wash in wash out variety works... I quite want to try reddish henna though.
Just left work. Ugh. If I had reddish hennaed hair I would have bolshily left on time.
Bear in mind that if you get diffed, you would end up with roots...
Not DARK as such, just darkER. My hair is artificially light at the ends at the moment because of some over-enthusiastic highlighting last November.
Besides there's no way I'll get diffed so I'm not letting that stop me. I just don't want people to laugh at me <insecure>
Does Sylvester Stallone worry that people will laugh at him? NO! He sallies forth clad only in combat pants and a thin veil of sweat. Now go and vaseline your hairline and get on with it!
Vaseline? Is that what you do?
Yes, vaseline the skin around where the dye will go, stops you dyeing your skin.
I had a nice evening, though didn't get to play at pub quizzing.
Feeling unexpectedly rattled by other (non BESH) people's diffments tonight. A bit heart racy. Bollocks.
Why can't they all just STOP?
RL people norf? I know what you mean about rattled. I'm just waiting for a couple of #2s or #3s to be announced.
Yes. I heard about it in the context of a friend's wife's loss, rather than an enduring pregnancy, but the fact that she was diffed in the first place (probably with perfect ease) has somehow really thrown me. I was doing really well about shutting all that sort of thing out and focussing on my own thing... I wish he had held off mentioning it for another month. Not that he could have known.
Can't be arsed to do cetrotide this morning. Can't I just go back to sleep instead?
How are you feeling now norfy?
For me, people have sort of just finished having number 1, so I think I should have a little break before the next round of diffedments.
Off for needling. CBA. Lost one of the beautiful (and expensive) gloves HWCA bought me for Christmas and incredibly pissed off with myself
<Slides into thread, shooting wildly into the air>
How is everyone today? I am in a marginally better mood. I was in a right grump yesterday.
We now have an additional source of stress. KFZK is an "accidental landlord" (has a flat that he couldn't sell when we moved in together at the start of the credit crunch). Current tenant has not paid rent for 3 months so he is evicting him. Yesterday he got a letter from him claiming he is at fault for everything, ever, including the health problems he suffers (he's elderly). Just what we need. The notice period expires in a few days, so he can evict him then, but that is going to involve court proceedings and of course more stress. <Sigh>
Sounds crappy, europa
Does he want to hire Team BESH as evil, crack-shot hags to, erm, help matters along?
Indeed Norfy. That is tempting.
He's a complete nutjob. He claims the flat is making him ill because it is in poor condition (it isn't, it probably needs some minor repairs but it is less than 10 years old and KFZK was living there himself until 2008, no previous tenants have complained, and it was fully redecorated 2 yrs ago). If that is the case, he should just fvk the fvk off, for the benefit of all concern (of course it isn't, he's just trying to string out living there for free as long as possible). My worry is that this will have a detrimental effect on swimmers. <selfish, one track mind>
On other matters, you seem to be getting on well know with the mixing and stabbing. It's not that awful once you get into it really. Have you had any side effects yet?
<hair strokes to jeffers >
The early days of diff are hideous for the menkul. You are very early for symptoms so try not to read too much into them. Pissing on lots of sticks will perhaps make you feel better but it won't actually tell you much. I pissed on a ridiculous amount of sticks - probably two cheapies a day for a fortnight.
Get thee booked in for Dildocam. As you have had IVF will you get an early scan automatically? If not go private. I had scans at 6 and 9 weeks and it helped me not have a mental breakdown during the first trimester.
