another implant bleeding question!

Hi,

I am 8 dpo and its 7 days till AF is due. I have had some bleeding and cramps today but I don't know whether its AF really early or implant bleeding.

So the grim details! Its mainly there when I go to the toilet and its pinky, not that heavy but not what I would call spotting. Panty liner light rather than tampon heavy if that makes sense and I have had it for a few hours. It feel like AF in that it feels like cramps but I can't feel it in the tops of my legs as well.

I have a pretty steady cycle of ovulate on day 14 and AF on day 28 or 29 and I ovulated last friday.

What do you think? I know nothing about implant bleeding.

That should be I can feel it in the tops of my legs not can't! Stupid phone
