Tesco pregnancy tests?

Hiya, it's been a while since I've been on here! I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with TESCO brand pregnancy tests? I've taken 3 and with each of them a very very faint but pink line showed up within 5 minutes. I've never even had a ghost of a line before and that's in 3 years of being told there's absolutely nothing wrong and we're just unlucky. I don't want to get my hopes up because they're so incredibly faint but they're all definitely pink and are still there a day later and I was told evap lines were more of a grey colour... I've been feeling slightly sick on and off but nothing major, bit of cramping, incredibly tired and a few headaches and I just feel, well, different, even before I considered testing.

Sorry for the essay! Any thoughts?

I had this with tesco tests. I went to the gp to be confirmed and was told that if the line shown within the period the test instruction states then it's a positive regardless of how faint it is. My faint line is sat watching Cbeebies as we speak.

How long does the test say it takes to develop

It said to read it after 3 minutes, if there was nothing to wait another minute, and anything that appeared after 10 minutes you should disregard. I thought I saw something within 3 minutes but I wasn't 100% sure. After another minute it was definitely there. Just really faint! Same thing every test.

Well I am by no means an expert but I would say that's a positive. I think it means that your hcg levels are low. These are the hormones that are detected in your pee. These get stronger the further along you go.

Bloody hell. I was genuinely at the point where I was accepting it just wasn't going to happen. Thank you for the help!

A line is a line. How faint the line is can be to do with the sensitivity of the test, time of the day, concentration of urine, peculiarities of that batch etc. A line means it has detected hcg, no more no less. Bar a couple of v rare instances (like chemotherapy), you produce hcg only when pg.

You are pregnant.

Congratulations!

Congratulations. I really rate these tests. I have had 2 recent miscarriages and when testing to see if hormones have returned to normal theses were the tests that were most sensitive iykwim :)
