have name changed as don't want to be recognised. My cousin had the period from hell last week after not having a period since July!! I kept saying to poas but she never, so anyway she was in a lot of pain and saw a dr at the end of the week who informed her she was pregnant but was maybe miscarrying, but the test still showed she was pg, so she had a scan at the start of this week which confirmed she had miscarried and nothing left now sadly. She has been complaining of shoulder and back pain which I know is not good but said she informed the dr at the time and he was not unduly concerned about this well she has started bleeding again today and still has this pain, I am worried, anyone think I am being over anxious. TIA

I think she should go to A&E/EPU. The shoulder pain is not a good sign and the positive pregnancy test but nothing showing on the scan could mean the embryo is elsewhere.
