Implantation cramping on one side?

Hi

I have been having a dull ache on one side since last night. I am 6dpo and have some other pregnancy symptoms. I am just wondering if anyone else had implantation cramping on one side because I have read before that implantation cramping is more like period pain and hence all over and this is definitely one sided? To put this in context I am a little bit worried as have already had one ectopic.
