Clomid and HCG

Good Evening all,

I am a newbie [waves]. I have been ttc for 4 years. I have PCOS and endometriosis and am also diabetic. Last year I had 6 round of clomid, then due to circumstances I have had a 12 month break..

This month I have had regular reflexology, clomid from day 2 to 6 and then on day 19 I have had a 10miu of HCG injection, we bdanced from 19 to 24 and am just wondering when I should be thinking about testing?? My cycle can run from 28 to 35 days.

Also just wondering if anyone else is in a similiar situation and if anyone has had positive results
