Please can you have a look at my chart and help me interpret it (1st month charting) as I'm going insane!

I was expecting AF today but no sign yet.......... Been feeling very sick, headachy and tired for the last week or so but not sure if it's stress or a sign!

My Ovulation Chart

Hi there, I'm no expert (been charting 4 months) but I'll try to.help!
one quick question, when did you bd? Cos it's not on.there it's difficult to tell if you cracked it time wise! Based on your chart I think you're testing a bit early. I guess you're usually a 27 day cycle? You appear to have ovulated quite late this cycle which might mean af is late. Sometimes you ovulate late cos of illness, stress etc.
I'd say leave it a couple of days, it's one of two reasons you're getting bfn 1. You're not pg but af will be delayed cos ovulation was later in your cycle or 2. You are pg but only 11 days which means there's not enough hcg to get a bfp.
Hope its 2!!

Oops! DH lives away so BD can be tricky but timed it to the day of ovulation.
Ucl is 26 days (10 day luteal phase) hence confusion!!!!

Nope. Only on month 2 of trying. Maybe if this month is not successful then I'll go and see her. In the meantime I'll just go slowly mad waiting!!!

How do you know your luteal phase is 10 days?

Because I've been using ov sticks for quite a few months before TTC

Tbh when initially ttc I'd suggest shoving all the charts/opks to the back of the cupboard and aiming for bd 3 times a week. Over analysing initially causes more stress than it helps! Track your cycles (like af dates) cos then you can see if it's regular.
Is recommend
this book which helped me to understand my body (hence me being able to advise on the stress delaying ovulation).

Unfortunately it's easier said than done. DH is away Monday-Friday so opks and charting are the only way we can do this with any hope of having any success! Thanks for the advice though
