Weird 'period' whilst TTC, pregnant??

Hi there, i had brown spotting 3 days before my period was due (never had this before) my period was due yesterday and i got red blood which was lighter then usual but as of last night - no bleeding (apart from a tiny bit of spotting today). Did a test yesterday morning before i started bleeding and got a -ve.

Does anyone have any expericence with this? Its so frustrating as TTC for 4 months now, Thanks :)

Sometimes your body does funny things! If your af is due, and you have a negative test, it is unlikely, though not impossible, that you are pregnant this time. If there is still no sign in 2 days, test again. Good luck!

Thanks, i guess time will tell. Patience is not my strong point! My periods have always been completely normal so this threw me a bit :/

Believe me I know how frustrating it is! If I could get back all the money I've spent on pregnancy tests i'd be a rich woman!

Hmmm, do you think it could be implantation bleeding? Try testing again in a few days.... Fingers crossed!

I'm in a similar position to you today and really hoping it's not AF! Although in theory we're not yet trying to conceive, oops!

When i got the brown spotting i thought it must be implantation bleeding.. but then when i got quite a bit of red blood when af was due i assumed not as though af was starting but then it just suddenly stopped :( Never happened before!
Will possibly/probably test in morning if no more bleeding comes, going to try hold out and just wait and see what happens though!
Good luck to you!
