Hi all,

What's the difference between sperm count and total sperm? Sperm count was 38 million and total sperm was 121 million.

There were only 23% progressively mobile but with 121 million, there is a possibility of falling pregnant naturally?

Thanks!

Sperm count is the number per millilitre, so total sperm is count x volume in mils.

There is definitely a possibility of a natural conception - count is normal, motility a bit low but not drastically. Good luck.
