I have been told that Zinc is really good for the man to take as it increases the spearm levels. IS THIS TRUE??????

It is seemingly true, and yes I made my dp take this when trying to conceive baby no2 it was a multivitamin with the reccomended amount of zinc!

Many drugs have been tried to improve sperm counts without success so do not really feel that taking such a supplement would make much difference. Zinc certainly does not increase levels of sperms.

The man's general health is more important with relation to sperm production.
