I have been having an ongoing debate with dh about his underwear! And it's suitability for ttc, he likes it tight as it cuts down on chafing. I said he should wear looser clothing as it could damage his sperm count. He said this was complete rubbish and he always know best. He is so stubborn that rather than just wear looser clothing while we are trying he insisted that he would buy a home testing kit and if this showed his sperm was ok then he wouldn't have to change his underwear! So he bought fertility score and the results showed low fertility.

I really wish in some ways that he hadn't done this as it is one more anxiety for me. We have gotten pregnant 3 times before without problem, but his underwear choice was different then. Also he has been on a fitness kick for a while exercising fairly vigourously 3-4 times a week, I'm concerned this won't help, but he won't give it up.

Now we know about is should we just Carry on trying or should we seek medical help. TIA

Are there dietary things which help sperm count and motility? Is it true that Liver helps in some way.

My advice is to seek medical help.
