High temps 11dpo??

It's my first month of charting, and my temps are getting alot higher (from 35.5 to 37), but got a bfn this morning?...is this normal? do they rise then fall just before af?...any advice would be great

Hi ljg, I think when temping 18 high temps after ov is the suggested testing time. I've had BFN up to 16dpo followed by a BFP so don't give up yet If your temp falls that is a sign that AF is on her way I have no idea what it may mean if they go back up again, maybe a dodgy reading, disturbed sleep or something?

You need to chart for a few months to see how your body behaves and at what times.

Of course you may be pg and won't need to chart anymore but if not, give it a few months and then have a look for patterns.

All that said, yes my temp does go up again a few days before the drop before my period.
