I've ordered a turkey from them (which incidentally, I don't think £26.00 is a bad price for a turkey, i think it would cost more from Butchers), but my mum has just emailed me and said she is looking on Asda site and cannot find fresh turkeys to order from there. There's no Sainsburys near her so it has to Asda or Tesco. I can't find them either, do they not do fresh turkey for delivery?

I am wodnering wether I should order mine ealier and put it in the freezer, but I don't have a lot of room, I'm jus toworried it won't arrive.
Ok I'm waffling nowgrin

£26 for a fresh turkey do you mean?

Actually Maureen is right, it is the 22nd not the 23rd. I'm confused with the dates, as ahve got the 20th,21st, and 22nd off, then working 23rd and 24th, then off for 2 days etc.

I've booked mine for Sunday 21st to give us time to get anything we need
Dh is getting a frozen turkey at some point
Tastes just the same and is cheaper.

Yes, £26.00 for a fresh turkey. DH thinks its a lot, but I don't. I'm used to paying butchers prices, and this year there is no butcher near me (or at least not one i have seen) and I think this is cheaper

Does Sainsbury's deliver to different addresses?

If so you could do an online order for your mum.
