Could my DS have a gut problem?

He is 2.2 and has a pretty healthy diet. If he has what I would deem to be a reasonable amount of fruit or veg, his bowels appear to work overtime. Is it normal for a child of this age to have such a fast working gut? He had about 5 cherry tomatoes for lunch and they appeared at supper and gave him terribly acidic poo . Generally his poo is not formed, he is a good weight though, is growing well and otherwise generally in rude health.

My DS is exactly the same but I am not sure if it is normal or not. He often has loose poos and has quite a bloated tummy. Don't know it it is a problem or if it is just an age thing??

Thank you Pammym tbh it's like teething poo, which I know it can't be as he has all his teeth now.
