Hi, my daughter really suffered last year from insect bites and some she scratched so much they got infected. We live surrounded by fields with ditches (damp) and horses (horse flies) so cant really avoid them. Has anyone got anythig that they could recommend to help us out this summer and prevent the bites? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Vitamin B is meant to keep them away. You could try it.Apparently lots of B vits in marmite. (to eat. not put it on ) You might have to eat alot though.
