Swine flu jab, & now coughing

My DD (18months) had the swine flu jab yesterday afternoon. When we put her to bed she had a sort of coughing/choking attack. She is fine in herself (has a very snotty nose but has had since late Oct & is teething, which is what we think the cause is). She coughed alot in the night but has been ok throughout the day until about dinner time. She is now really coughing & wheezing although still fine in herself. Has anyone elses DC had a cough after the swine flu jab or is this just coincidence? She was given an inhaler before Xmas when she had a bad wheezy cough & I am a bit tempted to see if this might help her again.

bebe - I would give her the inhaler - it can't do any harm.

My dd had the swine flu jab a few months back and was ill on and off for a week (but she was 8). She also had a very sore throt and arm so some calpol might be a good idea?

Thanks, I did give her some calpol. She doesn't seem that worried about her arm, although I had the jab a few months ago & my arm hurt for a week! This cough just seems to have come from nowhere.
