Smelly nappy

Hello

I think my DD might just be a little dehydrated but wanted to check it doesn't sound like something more serious.

Her nappies have smelt a little like Marmite in the last few days so am worried that it might be some sort of yeast thing. However, there doesn't appear to be any redness or irritation so just not sure.

Thanks for any advice.
