fibroadenoma in ds age 2

Hi there, I noticed a small moveable lump in ds' skin near his collarbone so took him to the most unhelpful dr in the world today who diagnosed it as a fibroadenoma & said it's harmless, we could have it removed if we wanted but that would obv involve an operation to which i said no. Now having come back home & googled it (of course) i see that's it's very rare in children & esp in boys - does anyone have any experience of this? thanks

ive had 3 fibroadenomas in my breasts. They are just benign lumos that are a pest.
