ds 16mths tripped and headbutted the banister quite hard wot do i do?

normally if there not sleepy etc and crying then id let it go and just keep an eye on them. He only cried for a few minutes didnt see it happen just heard it and it sounded hard!Already bruising and slight indentation of the caorner of the banister. Just feeling more causious after the whole natasha richardson?????

though sorry ment his head has a little indentation make where the corner must of caught his head starting to feel like a little bump now?
