sorry, dd (6) has been out on her bike tonight and is generally a wind up merchant at bed time. She was complaining her front bum was sore when went to bed - looks like two sore red lines on outside either side so im sure its like chaffing from the bike as had her jeans on. Any ideas what to apply or get ehr to apply to ease it- i have benpanthen and sudocrem in and germolene and thats it or should i leave it to air overnight I have put some pj bottys on her that are loose but she keeps saying owww owwww ooooooooo and im thinkng she needs something.......

I normally use sudocrem on any red/chaffed bits on dd (and me at times!)

not sudocreme.....I once put it on saddle rubbed thighs and boy does it sting like f***. Since then I have never used it on my DCs nappy rash.

bepanthen much more gentle and used by a friend of mine on her round the world cycle trip!

ouch, I once got a blister on my clitoris from some badly seamed cycling shorts (designed for women by a woman my arse!) that I was wearing on a 60 mile charity bike ride and it was agony.
