By 2 children are supposed to have 20 teeth, my dd does. But she now has her 21st/22nd teeth coming through at the back. Apparantly, they are supposed to get these when they are 6 (after the jaw has grown). Anyone else had experience of this?? Feeling a bit worried about it.
