Back to school after chickenpox?

DD (4) has been off school with the pox all week - the first spots appeared on Saturday and they now appeared to have all 'dried over'. She's fine in herself (running around and fighting with her brother) and I'd like to send her to school tomorrow so that she hasn't missed the whole week. The problem is she still looks very 'scabby' - she has a lot of spots on her face - and I'm wondering if other parents or the school are going to mind her being there...

So should I send her back tomorrow (which I think would be best for her) or wait until Monday when hopefully she'll look a bit more presentable? Any advice greatly appreciated!

the advice is to keep them off for 5 days from the first spots
so tomorrow will be fine

Thanks purepurple - I'm just not looking forward to looks from other mums when they see the state of DD's spotty face!

Have phoned the school and they would prefer I wait 'til Monday - I suppose one more school day lost is not much in the great scheme of things
