spots around 4 year old's bottom

My 4 year old has been in a lot of pain recently trying to pass stools. This evening she went to the toilet then was crying, saying her bottom was so sore. I had a wee look and the only thing I can see are 4 or 5 tiny white spots around her back bottom. Has anyone any idea what this might be, and should I be concerned?

I think you should get her to the gp, given it has being going on a while.. could be some kind if (yeast?) infection. Are you giving her plenty of food/drink to help her "go"?
