My Ds has had a cough for 6 weeks. I took him to the GP on week 3, after DM said she had heard him whoop. GP said nothing was wrong. He is still coughing and taking in large breaths. Ds has now been sick through coughing every day this week. I am of the opinion that being sick on mucus is ok. He is going to school etc. But the coughing sounds really awful. Does anyone have any advice please before I decide to go back to the GP?
