DS a constant stream of poop and vomit

My son is 3 and started nursery in April. Since then he's had D&V several times, plus tonsillitis, slapped cheek, fevers, etc. and is not sleeping well, in foul moods etc. I put the sleep and moods down to the sicknesses. Does it get better or is this the normal?

I had to collect him early yesterday due to him not settling after I'd gone. Which doesn't surprise me, before nursery he'd not spent more than an hour away from me. (Apart from when asleep). I'd put it down to that, but this morning I got him up and he started vomiting. Then he'd had diarrhea, which he'd gotten so worked up by when I tried to change him as he'd not realised he had pooped. Which then cause him to vomit because he was fighting me so much

Sorry, but it is part of the course with nursery, do sympathise with you though.
Only consultation is that once he gets to school he will probably pick up less. My eldest son got everything pre school but once in school rarely caught anything. Only went to doctors once whilst at school, now at College!
