what is wrong with dd

Dd, aged 12 has been feeling dizzy 4 to 5 times a day for 2 weeks. She is very tired and cold and since last weekend has had pain in the left hand side of her abdomen. She also feels sick but has not vomited.
Last week Drs did blood tests, which are all normal. Dr also took her temperature, blood pressure, listened to her chest and took her pulse and they are all normal.
Gp did hear a previously undetected heart murmur though so she had an ECG, which was normal. He has referred dd to cardiology for this.
Gp doesn't think the current illness is related to the heart murmur and that dd is well enough to go to school, dosed up on painkillers.
Dd is off school, in bed feeling very tired and in pain. She is drinking plenty of water but I cannot tempt her to eat anything, the last 3 days she says she is craving salty foods.
Sorry this is long I am very worried about dd as this is very unusual for her.
I took her back to Drs yesterday and he examined her and said maybe she has a virus?
I am not so sure as she has this pain which has reduced her to tears this morning.
I'm not sure what to do.

Hi Op,if the pain is that bad i would take her to A&E it doesn't sound right to me.

I hope she's feeling a bit better as I see you posted this morning.
