Stuffy nose at night

My 4.5 month old has come down with cold after cold recently and it is making her nights miserable.

The latest cold seems to have gone but she still gets the most horrendous blocked nose at night. She has a dummy but struggles to breathe with it in so spits it out then wakes, or keeps spitting it out then sucking it back in over and over.

We've tried

Karvol plugin
Calpol plugin
Saline spray
Snuffle babe on chest, feet, sheets
Tilted mattress (she wriggles so much she ends up sideways!)

Any other ideas?! This has been going on for weeks now on and off!
