It looks like chafing to me. If he got a bit damp then ran about the skin may have chafed where it rubbed on pants/ trousers/ other leg. This can be sore...possible?

Possibly for the thigh/bum bit. But its on his lower back and lower tummy like from belly button and now as far down as behind his knees im not sure how that could have gotten wet or sore!? Its very strange.. Its drier now tho So i put off going to the drs and have decided to treat it as some kind of exzema and see if it helps before calling dr :-/

Could you try some antihistamine in case he's itching it?

I don't like sudocrem for rashes - would try Aveeno.

I tried giving piriton incase it was any kind of allergy style reaction, but it isnt itching him at all. Not sure the prition hell but it defo changed to a more dryer rash after giving that. He doesnt mention it at all its just if hes been to the toilet and im trying to clean him or something he'll say its sore to touch and wince a bit. I stopped sudocrem when it didnt help, and am now trying e45 and hydromol for the dryness..

Looks a bit like contact dermatitis. Have you change washing powder or fabric softener?

Jock itch? Try anti fungal.
