Please help! I am really trying to make sure my ds7 is having sugar free snacks between meals as I am worried about his teeth.😁
He is very fussy but I do manage to get him to eat carrot and cheese and crackers between meals. I have now just read that white crackers are bad for teeth! What sort of cracker should I get? I looked in tesco they only had whole wheat but checking the packet they have more sugar per cracker then the cream cracker. I am very confused!
Can anyone help? Also any ideas on sugar free snacks would be great. Thanku

We often have bread sticks with hummus, rice cake and marmite or peanut butter, pepper, cucumber, carrot sticks with a slice of ham. At 7 he wouldn't aprechiate toddler snacks but our DD occasionally has organix crisps as there is nothing nasty in them so ok occasionally.
