Strange sickness

DS (i think is getting another tooth) and wouldnt eat much at all yesterday. He had a bowl of cheerios, 2 fruit pots and milk all day despite offering him lunch and other cereal. He went to bed half an hour early and for him drank more milk than usual.

Went in this morning and his sleeping bag was covered in a browny like stain near his neck. It was also on his arm and all over his sheets. Quite clearly he must have been sick but it looked like diarrhea!

Any idea what could cause such a strange sickness?

Maybe take an item with the brownish vomit with you if you decide to get him checked.
