do i need to be worrying??

hi my daughter is 2 and got her hands on some hair dye developer crème this morning 6.55am (not mixed up) she got it on her hands and put her fingers in her mouth not sure if any swallowed. she hasn't had any symptoms and has been herself all day should I be concerned or am I ok I flooded her with milk and juice and toast as soon as it happened and all day since just needing some advice
