Hi, just a message .. My little girl is three and a half years old. I've notice when I take a photo of her she has a glow in one eye, sometimes her right eye and sometimes her left eye.

The glow is sometimes gold, and sometimes her pupil is white. I read up about it can be a sign if retinoblastoma, when we see white I gold pupils in Childs eyes on photos.

Anyway, I took her to the optician, he checked her eyes, shone the light into them, then covered each eye to test her sight. He said her eyes are fine and she next goes back in two years for a regular check up. He said it is probably the camera. He had no concerns, didn't refer her anywhere or anything.

So, I took her to the Dr to get a second opinion. He checked her eyes and he too said her eyes seem fine but he will refer her to the paediatrician to put my mind at ease. But he sees nothing wrong and he too said he reckons its the flash of the camera on my phone.

Ive taken photos I myself and my eyes too go a little weird, sometimes my pupil looks grey, whitey pink or brown ... But not gold or full white like my daughters looked.

My question is, have anyone also had similar with their photos of their child??? Did you find out if it was your phone?

My digital camera doesn't do anything like this to her eyes on photos
