Chicken pox and diarrhoea

My DD has had chickenpox since Wednesday, we are on day 6 of spots and they are scabbing over nicely no worries there. She has also had very loose bowels for a few days, has anyone else's DC had this and when did it clear up? I was hoping she could go back to preschool in a couple of days once all the spots have scabs on them but she would struggle to clean herself up after a loose bowel movement which is happening pretty much every time she goes to the toilet just now.

She should stay away from preschool for 48 hours after the last episode of diarrhoea so she can't go back just yet

That's what I thought, fingers crossed she is OK tomorrow and can go back Thursday. She isn't feeling poorly at all and is bored stuck in the house, although we did go out for a walk along the beach this morning as it was deserted because it's frigging freezing here.
