Is it a tummy bug?

Dh phoned me at work today and said dd had been sick she woke up saying her tummy hurt then was sick he cleared her up put her in the living room she had a sip of water then threw up again, I came home on my lunch and she looked terrible pale just laying on dh she has had 2 bad poohs dh said the first one was huge!

I came home and she has perked up alot is attempting to eat small amounts she had a banana and some bread she has had a nice bath and has not been sick since 8 this morning is it a bug do I think? She's not a sicky child so I would of thought she would of been sick more with a bug?

She's drooped a bit now sitting on the sofa again x

I think it depends on the bug and the child to be honest, sometimes a bug can make them vomit repeatedly but sometimes there are one or two vomits and a bit of diarrhoea (or possibly not) then they bounce back.
