Long sight link to slight flat head on corner of that side??

Dd had i noticed a flat corner on top left side of head, instead of rounded like on other side at around 1. I read about it and it seemed to not be an issue, nhs rarely seem to give helmets etc so didnt see gp.
Since birth she has been seeing the eye hospital for family history of cataracts, squint, short sight etc and her own possible squint.
Anyway now 2.5 has been prescribed glasses for left eye +3.5 (using eye drops)
But
She seemed worse at long sight
But then was equal in both eyes from the responses i heard.
She saw eye hospital 8m earlier, without drops and thry said come back once more and she will probably be discharged as the slight long sight is common when young, i dont remember 1 eye worse than other. At any point even at eye dilation the year before (at 1.5)
She is 2.5 at moment.

Her flat head seems exactly the same as before.
Just worried it could be causing the eye issue.
Any ideas?
