Please can anyone help? I would like to buy an Organic suncream, or as organic as possible that doesn't contain nano particles and doesn't smell of oranges or tangerines, and that hasn't been recalled because of bug infestations. Phew! I have been trawling the net and coming across allsorts that meet this criteria but I have never heard of a lot of these brands and would like to know if any one has bought something that fits the bill, what is it like? What do you use? I am getting a bit fed up of the search now and it is getting more summery!

Personally, I'd use long sleeved, light, organic cotton tee shirts, with similar full length trousers, and a sunhat. My very blonde, pale-skinned brother, living in Australia with his red-headed wife and their two dc do this, when they came "home" (to Scotland) a couple of years ago their dc were the palest kids I've ever seen!

I like that idea! We have often done the long sleeves etc, but now d.d is getting a bit older and is starting to like pretty summer dresses without sleeves I feel I need to so something extra. I did find a great product about 3 years ago but then they stopped selling it in the U.K (It was American) Sweet sensations or something it was called. It was great when she wore short sleeve shirts for school! We have since had to do short for winter under jumpers and long for summer for protection seeing as we cant get the cream we like.!

I use badger balm but it smells of tangerines sadly. I love it because it reminds me of chocolate orange Grin

Thanks Flankshaftmcwrap. I saw that advertised and was quiet tempted as I know the Badger Balm brand but unfortunately orangy/tangeriney smells make d.d. feel sick! (I would like it, specially if there is a chocolate orange reminiscence!)
Looks like I'm going to have to do looaadds more research!
