Baby rash

Hi my baby is just coming up to 8 weeks old and yesterday he developed a red rash over his body and head it's not bothering him and he is eating and sleeping well but I'm not sure what it might be. I have recently introduced formula during the day would this be a factor?

I don't know personally I would take one that young to the dr.

DD2 is the rash queen though and she gets them regularly when she gets any kind of virus.
