5 yo DD with stomach pain

Dd came home from school needing me to carry her, on and off, home.

She was complaining of stomach ache and then said it hurt when she went to the toilet for a wee.

She slept on the sofa for about 2 hours and seemed a little better when she woke. DH has just put her to bed and said she was still uncomfortable with her tummy.

She hasn't been sick and doesn't have a high temperature.

If she wakes in the night with stomach pains I'll take her to A and E. She's fast asleep now.

What do you think it could be?

Because of her discomfort when urinating I thought it could be a urine infection.

I haven't been feeling great today with a bit of a tummy ache and general fatigue so maybe it's a strain of what I've had?

DD woke up and wanted to come into, our bed. She doesn't seem in any discomfort anymore.

I gave her some infant paracetamol in case the pain comes back in the night.

Glad she seems ok. Just for future reference I have taken my ds to A & E before with stomach pain and they've watched him to make sure it hasn't been appendicitis. Turns out that in if they have an infection (in another area, like a throat infection) children often get stomach pain from their glands swelling to fight off the infection.
