My dd 3yo has been off her food this week and I noticed some sores in one side of her tongue yesterday. I thought it was probably thrush so put some daktarin (sp) on it. Today she has white sores in the side cracks of her mouth/lips and a few white spots inside her cheeks. I have also started with a Sore tongue but no visible sores it just feels very sensitive and almost burned along the edges and on the tip. I have just googled oral thrush and found it is not contagious so I think I can kind if rule this out. I don't feel we warent going to ooh doctors so will wait until Monday morning but am just Hoping someone cold shed some light on what it might be and any over the counter remedy we can try?
