Help! My dd seems to have a continual cold. She is 12 and has constant sneezing, runny eyes, nose, sore throat. Have tried Piriton as initially thought it was an allergy. Think it is yet another cold. She has a healthy diet but should I try vitamin suppliments?

Take her to the GP and get her checked over.

I have no wish to scare yoou but I had constant colds and picked up every bug going while I was a teenager. In my early 20's I had my spleen removed as it had a huge benign tumour on it that looked as though it had been growing for years. I've had one cold since.
