Am i allowed to take my 13 yrs DSD to a walk in centre?

At 13 she can go by herself. You are just there to keep her company.

Anyone can go to a walk-in centre, you don't even need to be registered with a GP. Although, it sounds like a long-term thing which will need blood tests etc. If she is with you for a while, she can register with your GP as a temp patient

At 13 our GP would see a teen without a parent's knowledge or consent so I can't see why not.
