Ds2 is nearly 3 yesterday around lunch he went really pale and started crying with tummy pains he fell asleep and the pains even woke him up :( at around 4 he started vomiting bile and continued every ten mins or so until 3 this morning he was just sleeping in between vomiting
Today he woke at 7 had breakfast as normal and was playing fine until 11 then he was doubled over in agony couldn't even stand up just as I was going to a&e he fell asleep just moaning and writhing around every so often. At around 1 he woke vomiting again just bile this has continued all afternoon he is really lethargic and sleeping all the time but will half open his eyes when I talk to him. I can't get fluids into him even armed with a syringe :(
I'm not sure weather I should be taking him to get checked out or is this the horrible winter vomiting bug?

From personal experience I would take him to your nearest paediatric A&E as they can give him an anti emetic and fluids. May also do an x-ray. Good luck

Oh no he has been through so much. I would take him to A+E with his history.
Hope he is better soon.

Could be appendicitis, I agree with the others, take him to A&E if you haven't already.

Ended up back in Sad he is now tolerating oral fluids so as long as he manages till around 2.00 with no sickness or no pain we can manage at home.
