Problems with wind/constipation in my 9 week old boy

Hi,

My 9 week old boy is having problems with wind and pooing. It's been going on for a while now and every time I think things are getting better they then get worse!
I've used constipated in the subject but that's not really the right word as he does poo once a day but he really struggles with it. He also seems to really struggle getting wind out both ends and I seem to be constantly winding him.
Currently we're using lactose free sma, infacol and Dr Brown bottles.
Does anyone have any tips?

There is a massage method thats good for tummy problems. I use it on my DD who is now 20 wks. It really helps.
I will try and find a link - she usually poos within an hour or so of doing it.
She was bad at burping at 9 weeks, she became a pro by 12 weeks!

My friend went to an osteopath that specialising in children with her ds who had quite bad constipation at a similar age. He also showed her how to do tummy massage & the pressure to use - she was surprised quite how much. Did help a lot but he did continue to have a sluggish bowel until around 1 or so.
